How much weight will I lose?
Results vary from person to person depending on a variety of factors like age, current weight, stress level, health history, and more. For this reason, results cannot be guaranteed.
In my experience working with clients, women lose 10-18 pounds and men lose 18-24 pounds *ON AVERAGE* during their 6-week program.
Will I reach my goals during my 6-week program?
Great question! Of course without talking with you one-on-one, I have no idea if the goals you've set are realistic for a 6-week time period. However, I want you to know this is not a race and you don't have to accomplish your "goals" in 6-weeks! This course is designed to give you the tools that you can use beyond the 6-weeks to continue on your journey. You will have lifetime access to the course modules.
Can my significant other do this with me?
Absolutely! We all do better when we have support around us--especially our partner! I highly encourage your significant other to join in and follow along in your 6-week course and implementing the healthy action items. If your significant other or a friend wants to join you for the whole experience, simply have them schedule a free Discover Call as well and we can see if it's a good fit.

Are there any stimulants in your supplements?
No! There are no stimulants to "speed up" your metabolism. We want to do this the sustainable way, so these are all natural supplements without anything that will make you feel jittery!
Is this another diet?
Although a diet simply means "what you are eating," I don't like calling it a 'die'-t...'die' is right in the word!
Rather, you will learn how to eat to fuel your body to burn fat. And you will be learning about intuitive/mindful eating for sustained health and wellness.
There will be phases that you will go through which will change what foods you are fueling your body with. You will be given a list of whole foods to give your body the nutrients it needs!
Should I check with my doctor before starting this?
While most doctors would recommend a healthy diet and lifestyle change, it may not be right for everyone. If you feel that you should check with your medical provider, please do so!

What are your credentials?
I am a Certified Nutritionist Consultant™ from the Natural Healing Institute of Naturopathy, Inc. I also completed my BA in Marketing and Certificate in Entrepreneurship.
Beyond academics, I have worked in the health and wellness field for the past 8 years, 4 of which I have been working in the weight loss industry helping clients reach their goals.
What makes your program different?
Not only are you going to learn the right foods to fuel your body with nutrients, but you're also going to learn how to take a holistic approach to your health. This program is the intersection of education on nutrition/health principles and intuitive eating (with a side of metabolic boosting supplements?) to empower you to take your health into your own hands.
What is intuitive eating?
Intuitive eating is a way of eating that is centered around a healthy relationship to food. You eat when you're hungry, stop eating when you're full, and releasing guilt or shame around food choices. You learn to listen to your body when making food choices and focus on what works best for YOU the individual. This is something we will focus on to create sustainability.
What if this doesn't work for me?
I will tell you that there are no such thing as guaranteed results! If someone is guaranteeing results, RUN the other way!! What I will tell you is that, you will have me as your resource and your coach to help you navigate what is and what isn't working well for your body. There is no "one-size-fits-all." That's where my expertise as your coach and nutritionist comes in. If you are willing to do whatever it takes, I'm right there with you!
How is the course structured?
After your Discover Call, your Start-Up Kit of supplements and your TANITA body composition analysis will get shipped out to you.
Each week, your video modules will be unlocked. You'll log-in to your All-In-One Client Portal and have access to your program video lessons, meal plans, food lists, action items, and other resources!
Each week we will do a 30 minute Live Q&A Video Call where you can "ask me anything" and get to know other participants. If you are unable to make the scheduled call, a replay will be available for you to watch/listen to at your convenience.
What happens when the 6-week program is over?
You are going to gain so much knowledge and insight that you will feel confident in your food choices, clear headed, and excited about the life you are going to create.
Health is a journey, so you will have the tools in your "tool-belt" to help you navigate any bumps in the road for the future. You will also have lifetime access to your video training modules which you can re-visit at anytime.
At your Completion Call we will discuss what is next for you. Each person's action plan after their 6-week course will look different depending on where they are at and what their health goals are. Some people may choose to continue with periodic one-on-one coaching sessions, weekly group Q&A calls, or want to continue certain supplements, while others will be ready to take what they've learned and spread their wings and fly!
After your "graduation," I will have different service and supplement packages that you will have access to.
